VASSA 2010 Congress



Please complete the registration and hotel booking forms and return, together with your credit card details or cheque for the TOTAL amount to the Congress Office, as soon as possible. The registration fee includes attendance at all scientific
sessions.

50% of the registration fee will be forfeited on cancellations received before 31st July 2010. No refunds will be made after this date. Substitute delegates will be accepted.

Note : Registrars / Medical Officers. In case of inability to attend due to roster duties, the registration fee is fully refundable provided notice is given 14 days prior to the Congress and signed by the Head of Department / Hospital.

The Organising Committee reserves the right to change or amend the academic or social programme at their discretion.
