VASSA 2010 Congress


INTRODUCTION

The annual meeting of the Vascular Society of Southern Africa in 2010 will take place at KwaMaritane Game
Lodge (in the Pilanesberg Game Reserve), North West Province.

A comprehensive scientific programme is being prepared to enable delegates to update their knowledge and
experience. It is also hoped that the opportunity will exist for delegates to meet old friends and to make new acquaintances.

The registration fee includes:
- Attendance at all scientific sessions
- The welcome reception
- Game drive and boma dinner
- Saturday evening dinner.

50% of the registration fee will be forfeited on cancellations received before 31st July 2010. No refunds will
be made after this date. Substitute delegates will be accepted.

Note : Registrars / Medical Officers. In case of inability to attend due to roster duties, the registration fee is
fully refundable provided notice is given 14 days prior to the Congress and signed by the Head of Department / Hospital.

The Organising Committee reserves the right to change or amend the academic or social programme at their
discretion
