ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION & RESERVATIONS
A block booking of all 90 rooms at Kwa Maritane and 40 rooms at our sister lodge, Bakubung has been made
for the VASSA 2010 Conference which will be hosted by Kwa Maritane. Reservations for accommodation will
be taken on a first come, first served basis and delegates in excess of the capacity for Kwa Maritane will be
accommodated at Bakubung, situated approximately 15km from Kwa Maritane.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION
- Option 1 - Complete the form on page 2 and fax it to 014 552 5111.
- Option 2 - Complete the form on page 2 and e-mail it to
kwares2@legacyhotels.co.za
You will receive a written confirmation of your reservation within 24 hours. No reservations should be taken as
confirmed unless a written confirmation is received from Kwa Maritane.
PAYMENT
Kwa Maritane requests that delegates guarantee their reservation by making full payment of the total cost of
their conference stay within 48 hours of a reservation having been made. Reservations which remain unpaid
after that time will automatically be cancelled.

- On arrival for the Conference you will be required to provide a credit card guarantee or cash deposit to cover
any incidental costs incurred during the balance of your stay.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival will entitle delegates to a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
