ALL FREE PAPERS REQUIRE AN ABSTRACT. THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS IS 31st
AUGUST 2010.
SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT BY E-MAIL TO: rsvp@yebo.co.za and
assa@worldonline.co.za
- E-mail submissions must have VASSA 2010 ABSTRACT in the subject line.
- The official language of the meeting is ENGLISH.
- All abstracts of accepted free papers will be published in the Abstract Book.
- ABSTRACT INSTRUCTIONS:
All abstracts and manuscripts must be the original work of the author.
Microsoft Word (2003) must be used.
Font: Arial (12pt)
Abstracts must be typed in single line spacing.
Indicate the title and author(s) and institution as follows:
- Title in capital letters
- Author(s): Underline the name of the presenting person
- The name and address of the institution
Limit the abstract to 300 words.
All abstracts received will be acknowledged by a return E-mail.
Acceptances and refusals will be advised to the authors of free papers as soon as possible after the selection
process (10th September 2010)
- Each speaker will be allowed:
Invited Lectures: Time as indicated on the invitation and in the final programme
Free Papers: 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion, totalling 10 minutes in all.
- Presentations in PowerPoint must be brought to the meeting on CD / memory stick to be loaded to the
Congress computer.
- No posters will be accepted.
