Accommodation Reservation Form
How to make Resevation:
Step 1: Complete the reservaton form (requesting all details and) and return to Champgne Sports Resort via fax (+27 36 468 1169) or email (conferences@champagnesportsresort.com).
Step 2: A confirmation form will be sent to you once deposit has received and your reservation is now confirmation. The deposit will be 50% od the total due.
If you do not have a credit cart, you will be requird to make a cash deposit in to our bank account within 48 hours of making your reservaton.

Should the room type your request not be available at the making the reservation, the next alternative room type will be allocated to you.
Please include your reservation number and contact telephone number on the deposit slip.
Terms and Conditions:
Accommodation will be allowed on a "First come, first served" basis.
Regrettably no late departures are accepted.
The quoted rates include VAT currently at 14%.
On arrival at Champagne Sport Resort your confirmation letter must be with your person before you will be allocated your room/s.
Please note the the closing date 30thJune 2008 is the last day on which reservation will be accepted.
Cancellations:
A cancellation made after the 08thSeptember 2008 will result in the forfeiture of full deposit.
Cancellations shall only be accepted in writing
Should a single bank deposit secure multiple reservaton the deposit will be credited to each reservation concerned.
