ABSTRACTS

- THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS IN JUNE 15TH2008
- ABSTRACTS MUST BE SUBMITED FOR ALL INVITED LECTURE AS WELL AS FREE PAPERS
PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACY BY E-MAIL TO:
rsvp@yebo.co.za and plkargb.MD@ufa.ac.za

All abstracts of invited lectures as well as accepted free papers will be published in the Abstact Book

-   E-mail submissions must have 'VASSA 2008 ABSTRACT' in the subject line
-   The official language of the meeting is ENGLISH

ABSTRACY INSTRUCTIONS:
-   All abstracts and manuscripts must be the original work of the author
-   Microsoft Word (2003) must used
-   Font: Arial
-   Abstracts must be typed in single line spacing
-   Indicate the title and author(s) and instraction as follows:
     Title in capital letters
     Author(s): Underline the name if the presenting person
     The name and address of the instituton
-   Please limit your abstract to 300 words
-   All abstracts received will be acknoledged by a return e-mail
-   Accptances and refusales will be advised to the author of free papers as soon as possible after selection     process (30thJune 2008)

Each speaker will be allowd:
Invited Lectures: Time as indicated on invitation and in final programme
Free Papers: 7 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion

-   Presentations in powewrPoint must be brought to the meeting on CD / memory sticto be the Congress     computer.
-   No posters accepted.
